Role purpose :
This position is responsible for setting up a new Business Unit for developing/selling offers including products/services dedicated to Corporate – Employee Benefits.
Key Accountabilities
- Be responsible for the budget for the Business Unit activities
- Identify and prospect potentials customers
- Design the offers for the suitable target customers/corporate
- Be responsible for building up service network, developing partnership
- Based on the development of the business unit, create and manage a team for selling group solution
- Participate to some event to promote our insurance solution
- Coordinate with all the related department in order to implement procedure and technical solutions to support sale and partnership
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- More than 10 years of working experience with the broker companies for selling employee benefits and solutions to Corporate
- Good understanding about the corporate needs in Vietnam market
- Strategic vision including management, execution capabilities
- Result oriented
- Fluent English & Vietnamese
