Drive the sales for cleaning and hygiene products serving customers in the hospitality, food and beverage, food service, retail sectors,etc
• P&L Strategy: Sets and executes the strategy to achieve business, marketing and Key Client goals for cleaning and hygiene products as a part of Food Beverage Ingredient Business Line
• Direct and lead the Business Line cleaning and hygiene of BU PM within the framework of the agreed strategy and budget.
• Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
• Develop and implement short and long-term technical sales strategies and plans to achieve sales target for assigned business/territory
• Cascade and monitor the achievement of key performance indicators. Evaluate team performance gaps and requirements for improvement
• Lead and monitor progress of sales activities for assigned businesses/territories. Identify and implement customized solutions based on changing markets and trends
• Negotiate pricing, discounts and contract terms to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins
• Evaluate product gap analyses and product improvement proposals. Recommend new/enhanced product solutions
• Review sales reports and analysis. Evaluate sales trends/forecasts and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisions
• Develop, monitor and recommend continuous improvement on sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc., to improve sales targets
• Manage complex customer issues and recommend preventive actions to minimize future incidents
• Develop and build relationships with customers to achieve business objectives in food factories and hospitality
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to better understand client requirements and to leverage cross-product/industry business opportunities
• Portfolio and Service Levels: Develops the cleaning and hygiene portfolio profile for the country. Participant in local FBI in Global FBI initiatives and provides direction to Innovation Centers supporting technology transfer, information exchange on local innovations and best practices in the region and global
• Operational responsibility – ensuring the availability and timely supply of product – as well as a significant leadership aspect; concerning the development of key personnel in order to enhance their effectiveness
• The position is a member of the PM Vietnam Management Team and in this capacity is involved in various administrative and financial issues related to the overall success of the BU

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated University degree- Chemical background
• Have at least 5-10 years in relevant experiences
• Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
• Demonstrate sound knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products/services/systems and an existing network of contacts
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, storage, etc.
• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
Self development oriented and able to work with spontaneous enthusiasm
