The Senior Manager of CDG Information Security will be responsible for managing and leading a team of security professionals focused on CDG Information Security. This role will have global scope and responsibility:
- Provide leadership and management for the Information Security team
- Perform risk assessment and management for projects, systems, networks, and third parties
- Participation in Research and Development, and Product Management thought leadership to emphasis Information Security considerations early in the conceptual decision-making processes.
- Participate in the development and execution of the security awareness strategy
- Lead the threat and vulnerability function across Fossil and third party providers
- Maintain the incident response process and perform incident response as necessary
- Participate in the development and maintenance of security reference architectures
- Ensure sound security practices for third party access to Fossil networks, systems, and data
- Perform ad-hoc security consulting for IT and business partners
- Provide leadership and management for the Information Security team

* WHAT WE NEED:
- Have 8 to 12 years in Information Security - risk management and/or security operations.
- Security certification such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of:
+ Security flaws and defense strategies (OWASP Top 10, OWASP Mobile Top 10, CWE 25, etc.).
+ Secure coding concepts and practices in Java, Android, PHP, Ruby, Python, etc. for writing and correcting coding mistakes.
+ Penetration testing of websites, web services, mobile applications (Burp, Fortify, Checkmarx, etc.).
- Possess strong communication skill.
- English - advanced professional proficiency.
