We are now open for potential candidates of Senior Manager – Payroll. The position shall managethe payroll in timely and precise manner as well as provide the proper consultancy for leaders in building salary scale aligning with market and budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Direct and manage payroll activities to provide accurate and timely payroll, include monthly payroll and non-recurring payments.
• Monitor SAP Payroll system, including the set-up, administration, training, customization; involve in the early stage of set-up and continue developing, refining payroll processes to ensure payroll is processed in a timely manner while adhering to all applicable regulations; including framework to manage expat payroll, support the tax equalization process, and related transactions.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources to provide input on/adjust any changes which have a direct impact on the payroll function.
• Coordinate with HR Department to proceed the payment of compulsory insurances, Personal Income Tax (PIT), Trade Union.
• Provide HR Directors with precise and reliable information on HASD salary/ compensation reports to build salary scales, base for benefits programs suggestion/adjustment.
• Have profound understanding of market to provide consultancy on salary/ benefit scale to align with market and balance with company budget.
• Continuously improve existing process to reduce processing times and costs while ensure a high degree of accuracy and precision.
• Ensure payroll policies and procedures/system are adhered to the latest update of related laws of Vietnam, for example compulsory insurances, PIT, Trade Union, etc.
• Ensure the compliance of company polices and current regulatory requirements, develop procedures to ensure data integrity.
• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Payroll Manager or similar position with proven track in foreign company.
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP payroll system or similar.
• In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of local Vietnam labour & related laws, tax regulations, ...
• Fluent English and good communication, presentation skills.
• Ability to work both self-directed and teamwork.
• Confidentiality and integrity.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Payroll Manager or similar position with proven track in foreign company.
