Mô tả công việc
Purposes:
To lead all operation supports in the company including HSE, Quality and Facilities repair and Business systems.
To set up process and procedure together with operational managers (transport, warehouse, packaging ), support managers to deploy procedure, conduct audit to ensure the procedure live and improved as and when required.
To provide procedures and methods of maintaining company facilities, equipment; support repairs and construction project of the company.
To provide guidance and supports to users on business systems that the company are using in business.
Main tasks:
BUDGETS
• To lead the task of making budget and be responsible for performing budget of the department
• Follow and push for budget performance
SOPS /PROCEDURES
• To lead the task of establishing and implementing SOPs for safety, operations of the whole company
• To lead the task of auditing company’s operation sites and supplier’s services
• Ensures all SOPs to be updated and improved once required by laws or by changes in business.
• Ensure company’s guidance/procedure on running business applications, training and supports (WMS and TMS and ….. ) to users .
• To ensure all facilities and equipment of the companies to be maintained as required periodically and be repaired on time.
• Build up competency of the Operation Support Department to cope with the development of the company in future
M&R FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT
• To ensure all facilities and equipment of the companies to be maintained as required periodically and be repaired on time.
• Secure that all facilities built by the company or operated by the company be met with standard requirements of the company and Government
• Ensure guidance's on M&R and repair to Transport and Warehouse Departments and support the application at operation sites
DEVELOP SUPPORT COMPETENCY
• Encourage staff to develop professional competence from training and practicing in business
• Send staff outside to be trained and coached by industrial experts
• Look for organization or free lancer who are leading in the area to cooperate
