Position: Senior Manager, New Assets Research & Development
1. Managing AVP/ New Assets R&D Projects and deployment according to the Fleet Assets Key Success Factors
2. Exploring, determining the current gaps and the opportunities for the New Assets
3. Defining, Creating the New Asset mock-up to design, production and the operating solutions
4. Improving and upgrading the current assets
5. Finding out the appropriate vendors to launch the New Assets
6. Working out with the internal stakeholders (legal, finance, hubs…) and external agencies for launching the New Asset
7. Building-up an effective Marketing Program to the Target Users of the Fleet New Asset

1. Being a Senior Manager at M42 Level who has entrepreneurship spirit
2. Acquiring an OUT-OF-THE-BOX mindset & creative ability
3. Being a real open-minded to any dynamic changing need
4. Being a marketing professional, who has basic Technical knowledge (Mechanical & Electrical) and 08-10 years of experience in R&D, Marketing, successful launching new products
5. Being familiar to work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure
6. Being a strong leader, a negotiator, a networker, a problem solver, result-oriented
