Senior Manager, Marketing

• Plan and execute advertising & promotion (A&P) programs
• Build strategic partnership with supplier and tourism board
• Maintenance Facebook, digital marketing activities, GDN, affiliate marketing, retargeting to meet marketing KPI
• Possesses good digital background and able to lead the partnership discussions.
• Proactively monitor the latest marketing trends
• Partner with internal teams on special projects
• Research competitor offerings and provide competitive analysis
• Develop marketing briefs and manage design/ media agencies where required.
• Enhance brand awareness through digital media investments
• Plan and manage budget and monitoring all marketing expenses
• Delivering best-in-class results in revenue achievement
• Develop market segments and drive revenue by soliciting new customer relationships
• Report on performance of campaigns ROI and KPI
• Perform any ad-hoc duties

• Degree in marketing or related field
• Min 4 years’ experience in FMCG, retail, hospitality or e-commerce industry
• Track record of managing successful integrated marketing campaigns from inception to completion Knowledge of google analytics, SEO, SEM and email marketing
• Proven to be experience in developing a strong lead generation plan & strategy for the business
• A strong understanding of the travel and e-commerce industry
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
• Good team player, resourceful, independent and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Good verbal, written and presentation skills
• Hungry for success
• Analytical skill
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight
