Roles and Responsibilities:
• Being responsible for developing, implementing and managing digital marketing assets as well as digital campaigns that promote AIA’s business.
• This role is crucial in helping to enhance brand’s presence and brand’s engagement on digital space as well as driving the performance of each and every digital assets at every customers’ journey on digital.
• Being able to identify and evaluate novelty digital technologies and use Web analytics tools to optimize marketing campaigns, traffics, SEO, social buzz and engagement as well as digital media. This is to ensure that customer’s experience at any digital touch points will be fresh, engaging and exciting.
Report to: Head of Marketing

Job Requirements:
• Marketing or Business Administration qualified. Master degree preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in digital with minimum 3 years in management role
• Proven-track record of driving successful digital business in previous role
• Knowledgeable in analytics, performance, SEO, SEM and social media
• A team player and a good people manager
