The Role
You will work with Asset Managers in leading all aspects of development works, including overall development management of existing assets or new developments, ranging from commercial, retail, residential industrial and logistics projects. Your major responsibility includes design due-diligent evaluations on new projects, acquisitions or asset enhancement. You will be required to work closely with MEP consultants to derive the optimum and most efficient electrical design solution. You will also be required to liaise with relevant authorities for approval of projects, manage the tender and award processes, as well as construction and contract administration. In addition, you will be accountable for the management of the development process from inception to completion. This entails ensuring that the completion of projects is within budget, schedule, of quality and in compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance.

The Person
You should possess a Degree in Engineering specializing in Mechanical & Electrical with at least 8 years of relevant development or design experiences in the execution of Commercial, Retail, Residential, Industrial and Logistics projects in Vietnam. To succeed in this role, you should be a team player and possess high level of independence, cultural sensitivity, endurance and adaptability as well as demonstrate excellent leadership to drive projects. You should possess also a passionate interest in quality-built environments and designs and have a good appreciation of electrical costs. In addition, you should be someone who seeks continuous improvement to the design and processes through consistently questioning the status quo or value engineering the optimum solution to all aspects of the development. You must be able to encourage the creation of solutions appropriate to the needs of Business Units, shareholders and environment.
