Mô tả công việc
• Set up claims approval limit and review to settle claims within the approval limit at a level consistent with policy provisions, Manulife Vietnam and State regulations
• Establish claims procedures against fraud risk and that maintain the confidentiality of claim records.
• Provide vital reports and statistics promptly to various department of the company.
• Provide excellent customer services through TAT and on-site visits.
• Make judicious, cost effective use of investigative resources.
• Assist in the development, implementation and enhancement of new products, system, and claims procedures.
• Maximize the professional development of claim personnel through education, training, and managerial leadership
• Establish/seek audit programs and implement continuous improvement programs to further strengthen controls in process, redesign efforts when control weaknesses are identified.
• Make good relationships with related departments, hospitals, Health Care Serivce etc. to run smoothly & effectively claims jobs.
• Other tasks are assigned by Head of Operations/ Head of Claims such as responsibilities on daily/weekly/monthly reviewing/settling the Bridger Name Match Reports for Claims Department according to the Company’s AML/ ATF Policy. Such review work should be signed off at completion to provide properly documentation of work done. All exceptions and questionable items must be reported to the proper level of management on a timely basis.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University Legal/ Medical background is preferred
• At least 10 years working in life insurance industry at a management position
• Certificates related to Life Insurance Industry (FLMI), FLHC is preferred.
• Excellent communication in Vietnamese & English
