*Working location: No. 11, Street 6, Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park II, Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province
*Bus company from HCM city (Binh Thanh, Ward 1, Ward 2,..) & Bien Hoa City
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Forensic accounting analysis of inventory issues, able to link floor processes and ERP system, and document SOPs for control and follow up.
2. Weekly review of usage variance with the Warehouse team, follow up issues and ensure compliance. Metrics: Material usage variance report (IP, RS, IS, IA), scrap report, RP report.
3. Work with Purchasing team to analyze the Purchase Price Variance impact, and material cost saving from local alignment and change of vendor sources.
4. Work with WH team to review cycle count, and physical inventory status.
5. Analyze the impact on working capital of the inventory turns, on slow moving and obsolete inventory items.
6. Ensure proper process to record and track on inventories of tools and consumable, supplies on maintenance, repair, operation
7. Follow up, and report the replacement part
8. Prepare presentation on issues and solutions to Management
9. To do some other tasks as assigned by Management.

1. Education
- Required – Bachelor’s Degree in Business / IT / Finance and Accounting
- Speak and write English
2. Experience
- More than 3 - 5 years experience as supervisor/ manager of inventory & costing management.
3. Knowledge of:
- Computerized accounting software, plus knowledge of ERP, MRP
- Inventory, costing, warehouse management knowledge
- Purchase and warehouse measurements
4. Skills and Abilities
- Honesty, integrity, reliable and dependable, hard working, perseverance, detailed and thorough
- Numerate, analytical, logical and follow-through skills
- Good communication skills
- Skilled in prioritizing, multi-tasking
- Skilled in problem solving
- Skilled in Excel and common office software applications
- Leadership skills
