*Department: Finance Department
*Direct superior: GM Finance & Compliance
*Job Interaction - Relationship: Internal relationship -Work directly with related department.
*Job Purpose:
Establish financial policies and maintains management information systems, combining the need for a candidate with accounting and business management skills.
*Job Description:
I. Main Duties
- Run of ad-hoc scenarios and related analyses to identify risks and impact
- Run of a rolling forecast where requires input change/update and impact to the Company performance result
- Work closely with cost controlling team to understand company performance in term of costs
- Work closely with S&M to be able to foresee changes in business plan for timely update in forecast and highlight to higher management level
- Work closely with finance/treasury to bridge the gap between cash/fund requirements/forecast and source of fund/funding utilization
- Preparation of consolidated financial forecasts, considering alternative scenarios and economic prospects as appropriate
- Prepares and presents analyses and interpretation of findings and submits for review
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

II. Staff management - supervision
III. Periodically Report: Weekly/Monthly Report - Unscheduled at the request of superiors
IV. Other tasks assigned by Superiors: As specific task

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Qualifications: Graduated from university’s degree in finance, accounting or audit field
- Foreign Language: Fluent in English
- Level of computer: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Knowledge / Profession related:
• Manufacturing experience is preferable
• Strong understanding of business activities and drivers
Skills required:
• Strong analytical skill, effective communication, time management
• Presentation, problem solving, planning, team-work
Working requirements
• Should be very strong in details and numbers
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Number of year-experience: 3-5 years of experience in budgeting and forecasting, analysis general accounting
- Personality:
• Analytical mind, independent, self-motivated and excellent interpersonal skills
• A strong willing to learn
- Foreign Language: Fluent in English
- Level of computer: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Knowledge / Profession related:
