Senior Maintenance Engineer

- Responsible for a maintenance team and/or responsible for adaptation of the existing process, based on specific delimited know-how
- Expert specialized in a specific high-tech area of knowledge for manufacturing maintenance, industrial facility, and technology standardization
- Lead and ensure maintenance activity at optimum level by reducing downtime, optimizing process flow, and optimizing resource (cost, spare part, and subcontracting). Ensure the reduction of interruptions to manufacturing flow and enable a consistent / predictable process output.
- Ensure the management of maintainable equipment, spare part, and back-up plan are in place to reduce disruption to manufacturing. Lead the maintenance resource management on reactive, preventive and predictive maintenance, include autonomous maintenance.
- Ensure the deployment of standard equipment/facility/tools/software, and implement best practice technology.
- Achieve the targeted SPS Score and maintain for the year through continuous improvement tools and techniques, and involve on standardization deployment with benchmarking and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure the activity and all products comply to Safety, Quality, Health and Environmental requirements

Health & Safety
• To be aware of hazard and environmental aspects.
• Identify hazard in workplace; ensure the work process with those hazard and fully understand the procedure in handling the hazard.
• Identify potential accident and incident, and perform quick response to take positive action to prevent any potential accident and incident (near miss).

Service Level
• Drive and coach maintenance technician to give the best response time (minimum time) for any break down call/signal.
• Provide clear guidance to maintenance technician for trouble shooting guide of single breakdown type.
• Give quick update on every issue related to equipment breakdown in cross functional meeting.
• Coach maintenance technician to improve skill competency by training & etc.

Data Analysis
• Provide weekly and monthly maintenance KPI data.
• Perform data analysis to understand individual equipment performance and its characteristic (repetitive issue in critical equipment).
• Identify potential problem at individual equipment to predict the availability time.
• Recommend problem solving action based on structural data analysis, based on six sigma project approach.
• Understanding critical spare part in every critical equipment.

Support
• Support implementation of AN/MCN related to test program modification.
• Early involvement on new project introduction from Industrial team (OCP/PPEP project).
• Update database and traceability due to process change.
Project
• Define and implement six sigma project approaches for breakdown reduction project.
• Participate as a leader and member in every improvement project (cross department)
• Provide project presentation at the closing stage of the project

- Education: Bachelor degree Automation/Electronic/Electrical/other Engineering Sciences
- Job Related Experience: At least 6 years in Maintenance Engineering and 3 years experience of team management.
- Finish Training of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
- Business Understanding: C++, Visual Basic, Other programming language, Electrical design, PLC, Automation system, Mechanical & Pneumatic & Electrical Design, manufacturing maintenance
- Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): English, Ability to use MS Office, visual programing software, Lean sigma mindset, Presentation & Communication skill.
