Senior Logistics Staff

- Prepare document and arrange truck to delivery good
- Daily checking and update inventory data on SAP system and internal inventory report
- Control relevant warehouse such as: good changing, good return, stock take…
- Deal with supplier: drum supplier, warehouse service, packing supplier, transportation service, inspection service for testing product, forwarder service for import and export goods,…
- Clam loss quantity with insurance company for compensation
- Prepare document for exported good,
- Make COA, batch No for document
- Make additional labels in Vietnamese for all drum
- Prepare document follow chemical control law…
- Arrange and keep Warehouse and transportation contract, delivery document…

- Graduate from Foreign Trading University or Economic University
- At least 2 year experience in logistic for senior position
- Junior staff : just graduate
- Required Skills: Positive, highly organized, and able to solving problem,
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
- Communication skills - verbal and written, listening skills, attention to detail and accuracy,
- Experience of chemical industry is preferred
- The person who has cooperative, harmonized & responsible on job
