Senior Logistics / Shipping Officer

- Manage full set Import-Export shipping documents, customs declaration
- Prepare shipping schedule, coordinate all transportation including ocean and air freight forwarding, as well as truck arrangement.
- Handle shipment booking, submit SI and VGM in timely manner
- Monitor and closely follow up order schedule/timeline and keep track the production status with internal plants
- Prepare various report for regular operation review and analysis
- Follow up shipping cost and process payment request to finance department
- Handle day-to-day order fulfillment and warehouse operations and resolve issues.
- Ensure quality and accurate deliveries.

- Degree holder in Shipping , logistics management, Business administration preferred
- Minimum 2 years experiences in shipping/ logistics/ supply chain/ Forwarding background in required
- Solid experience of shipping with factories is required
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese (including Mandarin) is preferred
- Able to multi task and prioritize heavy workload , and to work under tight deadlines
- Good team-player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint )
- Experience in handling warehouse is preferred ( Solid experience for handling inbound/outbound/stock take/ inventory control)
