Senior Logistics

Basic Purpose of Position:
This position is to handle all import-export activities & maintain the compliances of those activities of Sparton to Vietnam Customs regulations.

Major Responsibilities
• Contact with forwarder agent to follow up shipping and/or delivery schedule.
• Prepare all documents needed for Customs clearance & inspection.
• Periodical report on Im-Export status.
• In charge of preparing processing contract and liquidation procedure
• Im-Export document filling control.
• Cost control for Im-Export fee.
• Coordinates with Buyers for receipt urgent parts.
• Carry out any other duties as may be assigned.

Others requirement
• Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously.
• Ability to provide effective supervision and staff management.
• Ability to manage projects effectively and meet Company deadlines.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor Science in Business Management or a related field.
• Have experience in logistics for manufacturing company, especially Export Processing Enterprise.
• Familiar with processing contract liquidation regulations and procedure.
• Very good at Microsoft Excel, Data management and Analysis.
• Good command in English both writing and speaking.
