Senior Legal Specialist

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

- Legal affairs:
• Support in contracts review, drafting and negotiation with related parties.
• Provide legal consultation for business activities and other relevant aspects.
• Work with Government authorities for company’s application & compliance to laws
• Internal check and follow up the implementation of Corporate and company’s compliance policies & procedures.
• Conduct Compliance training for internal needs.
• Formulate and implementation of measures against mis-conducts

- Risk management:
• Formulate and maintain the operation of Risk management organization
• Access risks & handle counter measures
• Formulate / Update & implement company’s Business Continuity Plan

- Other supporting tasks relating to Corporate Governance and business development as assigned.

*** Working location: Plot J1-J2 Thang Long Industrial Park, Dong Anh Dist., Hanoi (company bus available)

• BA degree of Law, Business Administration
• Having at least 5-year experience in Legal affairs
• Good understanding of Corporate business and culture is an advantage
• Good communication, planning skills.
• Good computer skill especially Powerpoint
