Mô tả công việc
• Deliver high level legal opinion, analysis and advice on daily issues as requested;
• Draft, review, finalize or give legal opinion on variety of Vietnamese and English documents/agreements that the Company engages to ensure the legality of the form and the contents of such documents;
• Support related departments in dealing with partners via negotiation progress of the agreements;
• Check and control the lawfulness/compliance of internal activities. Evaluate periodically or
irregularity the compliance with the laws and the internal rules/the procedures of the
departments/individuals.
• Work and liaise with relevant states authorities to obtain required license for Company’s business, to clarify any legal matter related to Company’s business lines.
• Work and manage external counsels under the supervision of the General Counsel;
• Resolve disputes and litigation cases, including legal settlement of all claims and benefits related disputes, legal proceeding at the court, complaints;
• Monitor and update laws and regulations concerning to company's activities;
• Coach and provide trainings to junior staffs;
• Other tasks as assigned by the General Counsel from time to time.

• Knowledge (Educational Background)
- Law university graduate;
- At least 3 years of law practice;
- Having sound knowledge and experience in general laws and regulations, especially IP laws and regulations;
- Good knowledge of internet and online services (advantage);
- Efficient in spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
