Senior Legal Counsel

The Job holder is responsible for the execution and supervision of legal activities to protect Business’s interests on a basic of compliance with Laws of Vietnam and becomes a trusted partner of Business.

- Review and provide legal advice on legal documents including but not limited to contracts/ agreements/ MOU/ LOI, especially in Commercial documents.
- Draft legal templates including but not limited to contracts/agreements/samples/forms necessary for business.
- Draft licensing documentation and ensure applicable licenses/permits to be updated.
- Provide legal protection and risk management advice to functional depts such as labor, marketing activities, sales etc.
- Provide timely update/analysis for business opportunities/ limitations under the new rules & regulations, and control properly the implementation of action plans for new/ updated regulations.
- Liaise with both clients and governmental authorities
- Perform any other duties/projects as assigned by line manager.

- A degree preferably in Law.
- Minimum 4 years of experience, must be in E-commerce/ E-wallet/Banking sector.
- Experience in drafting, negotiation and interpretation of project documentation.
- Good at written and communication skills in English and Vietnamese, attention to detail and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
