Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a Senior Legal & Compliance Executive to join our Legal & Compliance Department and will be responsible for managing and handling various activities relating to the legal & compliance department, including but not limited to conducting legal research, drafting documents and maintaining and organizing contracts and files. The candidate for this position should have organizational skills and positive attitude at work.
Responsibilities
● Compile dossiers, documents and official letters as requested by Legal Manager;
● Guide and support legal issues for relevant departments at the request of Legal Manager;
● Draft legal documents for the establishment of the subsidiaries, dependency units, amendments of licenses of the Company and its dependency units;
● Draft and review contracts, agreements to ensure the compliance with the Company’s policies and Vietnam regulations;
● Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of actions have been taken;
● Perform legal research and provide updates on new legislations;
● Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing systems;
● Contact, work with external legal counsel to provide legal advices to the Company and other related works as requested by Legal Manager;
● Set up and develop legal and compliance functions to support business actitivies and processes;
● Review, localize the legal and compliance policies, processes;
● Maintain up-to-date legal and compliance policies, processes and controls; and
● Other tasks as required by the Legal Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
● Graduate from Law University, University of Economic and Law;
● Have 5 years of experience in legal & compliance practice;
● Present a good knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations applicable to corporation/finance/banking/Fintech/IT;
● Meticulous and pay attention to details;
● Have an ability to grasp legal and business issues, balance risks and provide practical and constructive advices in a business environment;
● Good verbal and written communication skills; and
● Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
● Have 5 years of experience in legal & compliance practice;
● Present a good knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations applicable to corporation/finance/banking/Fintech/IT;
