Senior Lead Cost – Planning Engineer

The Senior Lead Cost – Planning Engineer is in charge of providing the necessary support to the Project Services Department Manager

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. In charge of engineering project on cost, estimation and planning for the project.
2. Coordinate with other department, project procurement team and collect all required data for the preparation of cost estimates including preparing, issuing enquiries and evaluating the commercial bid.
4. Development of project cash flows on monthly basis as required.
5. Development of statistical and close-out reports, with a view towards improving feedback data and Estimation tools on future contracts.
6. Complying with and implementing both company and client HSE Management System objectives and procedures.
7. Complying with corporate Quality standards as stipulated in the Quality Manual and its ensuing
8. Complying with the applicable company procedures for this Department as they are documented

REPORTING LINES AND INTERACTIONS:
Hierarchically reports to: Project Services Department Manager
Operationally reports to: Project Manager
Directly supervises: None

Key interactions (internally, externally):
Internally: Project Manager, Project Engineering teams and other internal departments as required.
Externally: Other department Engineers and Designers

Must have
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
More than 8 years of working experience
Good communication skills

Nice to have
Experience / knowledge in Oil and Gas
