Mô tả công việc
• Preparing legal advices and documents about foreign direct investment such as establishing a company, representative office or project managing offices and so on;
• Preparing legal documents relating to M&A such as transfer of assets or acquisition of shares;
• Preparing legal documents related to the corporate compliance issues;
• Preparing legal documents related to the Real Estate Law, Commercial Law, and so on;
• Reviewing agreements, contracts and other legal documents;
• Preparing and providing legal advices/opinions in response to client’s queries in various matters;
• Liaising with governmental authorities to seek the related information for clients;
• Other duties as assigned by JP Vietnam.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Preferred Age is 32 ~ 40 years old
• Licensed to practice law in Vietnam
• Having worked in law firm for more than 5 years.
• Lawyer card
• Fields of experience: Real estate business (priority), Foreign Direct Investment, Corporate Law, M&A, Labor Law, Commercial law, Banking and Finance, Dispute Resolution.
• Proficiency in written and oral English.
• Cover letter (in English)
• Curriculum Vitae with photo (in English)
• Licensed to practice law in Vietnam
• Having worked in law firm for more than 5 years.
• Lawyer card
