Senior Landscape Executive

- Assist Landscape Head in formulation of landscape design strategy to meet the project objectives.
- Review Landscape design in related to other disciplines with project team members. Examine, make recommendation on design, methods and procedures with a view of cost savings and marketability and to propose alternatives, if possible.
- Coordinate with inter- departments with Architect, Engineers.
- Coordinate with external design consultants such as Architect, MEP engineer, CS engineer, QS engineer, specialists especially with Landscape Consultant.
- Manage the design process from Initial concept, schematic design, detail design, tender drawing and through construction to ensure design intent will be recognizable in ending product within approved budget.
- Coordinate with material supplier, contractors, specialists to finalize Landscape design which is doable with high quality within the budget.
- In-house landscape design for simple internal projects
- Conduct regular site visits during implementation stage.

• Bachelor degree of Landscape Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in this field.
• Able to work with foreign consultants especially landscape architect.
• Good knowledge of local hardscape, softscape materials and strong understanding of consultants, contractors, material suppliers.
• Experience working in a design team through all stage of landscape works.
• Experience in landscape design of residential, hospitality projects are added advantages.
