Senior Lab Technician - Chemistry

1. In charge of the technical team
a) Support staff perform the test methods specified.
b) Check the pay day results in reports, TAT properly regulated.
c) Test papers (Machine Calibration, Test equipment, quality control ...)
d) To monitor the status of equipment and equipment room informed of incidents.
e) Conduct interlaboratory comparison sample, and a group of remedial action.
f) Conduct annual Validation as test methods for the group.
2. Chemicals management
a) CRM Management, IRM (COA, MSDS, usage, volume exists ...)
b) Manage the preparation phase profile intermediates, solvents and other chemicals.
c) Check the stamp, label and condition of the expiry month chemicals.
3. Implement training
a) Training, training, additional subordinate staff related to the new update method.
b) Update the training records and send accordance with the QA department training.
4. Manage overall device status
a) Check the status of maintenance and calibration of equipment is the responsibility of the team management.

5. Make request order for team:
a) Check the amount of chemical and statistical tools monthly
b) Make a coupon for tools, chemicals for the group

6. TA review sample support group, support groups proper sample preparation process as well as testing standards.
7. Perform other appropriate tasks as directed by superiors.

Qualifications: University or higher
Major: Chemical
Certificate: English level B, ISO 17025, ISO 9001
Experience: 3 working years in lab testing (with LC/GC-MS)
Knowledge: Knowledge of testing in consumer goods sector, which the LC/GC-MS, ICP devic e
Skills: Team work, Microsoft office
