Senior/ Junior Mobile Marketing

You will be responsible for working on the App Store presences of mobile apps with millions of users, driving organic downloads through optimization techniques and acquiring users by paid media channels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Increase organic downloads by conducting keyword and conversion rate optimization for App Store presences of apps.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of experiments, the result of optimization and other core KPIs. Identify areas for improvement.
- Buy mobile traffic for iOS apps through paid media including Facebook Ads, Google UAC, Twitter, Tiktok, Pinterest, etc..
- Brief designers on creative experiments for app store assets and advertising campaigns.
- Manage advertising campaigns: launch, monitor and optimize.
- Develop new marketing strategies, and creative concepts to advance the user growth.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US
- An active mobile user (iOS only).
- Advanced knowledge of English.
- Excellent in marketing-oriented writing skills.
- Experience in buying mobile and web-ads (preferably Facebook, Google AdWords).
- At least 1 years of experience in marketing, PR, IT if you apply for senior position.
- Solid quantitative and analytical skills, paired with data-driven work style.
- Open to startup culture, open to change and helping out in different areas.
- Outstanding communication skills.
