ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the following areas:
• Web application development, coding, design & architecture
• Advise on web applications strategy, technology stack for web application development
• Ensure web applications comply with the application security. To implement secure web applications, authentication & authorization
• Ensure application development lifecycle (SDLC) comply to the security standards & policies
• Train & guide team members/developers on web application development, coding, security, user interface & user experience

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
• Recognized University Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline
• Hands on technical knowledge & experience in:
o MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) - open-source JavaScript technology stack in multi-tiered architecture and object oriented development
o HTML5, JavaScript, CSS & SQL programming
o Mobile Hybrid App development in Ionic Framework & Cordova
o Responsive & progressive web design
o Web API & Web Services (REST & SOAP)
o SQL Server, MySQL, NoSQL – MongoDB, Couch dB
o Azure Cloud & Google Cloud Platform – cloud hosting in PaaS & Kubernetes container environments
o Single Page Application Development
o SSO Identity Access Management & Identity Federation - OAuth2, SAML
• Knowledge of the following would be an added advantage:
o Integration with Google API
o Mobile Native Apps Development
o .NET Web Application Development & C# language
PERSON SPECIFICATION
• At least 5-7 years of demonstrable experience in developing MEANT Stack & Mobile Hybrid application development
• Strong project management, analytic and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in both written and oral English
• Ability to build innovative solutions at a fast pace with application of sound technical knowledge and secure best practices
• Capable of training and providing knowledge transfer to other team members
