Senior IT System Network & Infrastructure - MM Mega Market

MISSION STATEMENT

Responsible for managing the performance of all IT Administrators/Specialists in System Network and Infrastructure teams and the performance of IT infrastructure/system to make sure the maximum system availability and the efficient user support and services.

ROLE & KEY RESULT AREAS
Manage team performance
Manage IT vendor performance
Manage the delivery of help desk/user service
Manage the infrastructure deployment projects
Manage the installation and maintenance of network, back-end servers, front-end end user devices and office applications
Manage the delivery of resolution to problems on network, back-end servers, front-end end-user devices and office applications
Manage the security on network, back-end servers, front-end end-user devices and office applications and the physical access to data centers
Manage the implementation and execution of DRP
Manage the inventory of all IM/IT equipments
Other tasks assigned by Head of IM/IT

University degree in Computing Science and at least 5 years working experience
Knowledgeable, experienced and certified in IT areas: networking, hardware, operating systems, back-end applications, end-users office applications, information security
Experience in managing team performance
Excellent English skill
Good project management skill

Good presentation skill
Teamwork
Ability to work under pressure
