DFO Global Performance Commerce Ltd - is a rapidly expanding performance marketing agency and technology company that is responsible for some of the most successful and innovative e-commerce campaigns to be launched online. We are expert marketers who create measurable marketing performance and build tech to support our efforts. We are looking to expand again and are searching for self-driven creative thinkers that want to succeed!
DFO is a global agency, with offices in Vancouver, Toronto, New York, San Diego, De Hague, Manila, Miami, Hong Kong, and Vietnam.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop talent pool for various key positions for the identified needs above;
• Coordinate or join in indoors or outdoors recruitment events;
• Carry out recruitment process, from the job posting, coordination of test/interview procedure, candidate sourcing, etc. to effective employment for assigned open positions, towards both external and internal candidates;
• Other tasks as assigned.

YOU’RE A FIT IF
• 3+ years of experience in same position / field
• Fluently in English all 4 skills
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong networking skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Result oriented
• Proactive, energetic and outgoing personality.
DFO offers a competitive salary package, great benefits and opportunities for growth and travel abroad. Compensation will be based on applicant's experience and competence.
