JOB DESCRIPTION:
RECRUITMENT:
• Be responsible for the whole recruitment process (end-to-end). Develop an annual recruitment plan in line with the company's budget and the number of staff recruited. Ensure the vacancies of the company are recruited and match the schedule of the plan.
• Provide and propose a hiring plan to ensure a successful searching plan within a specified time frame.
• Manage candidate data and provide reports.
• Be responsible to plan annual recruiting budgets &control recruitment budgets.
• Understand and continuously update new trends of technology to map and position leading company based on competencies in the market as well as strongly engage with Hiring Managers to summarize departments’ recruitment requests, make up the job description and propose recruitment plans and channels to Recruitment Leader.
• Search, pre-screen CVs from different sources of talents, conduct telephone/HR interview, provide assessment and propose the offer with board of management (BOM), send offer letter, negotiate salary with passed candidates and follow up until they join.
• Responsible for contract, job posting/updating and performance of recruitment publications (Vietnamworks, LinkedIn, Jobstreet, IT Viec, Career Builder, Timviecnhanh…) and headhunters.
• Propose recruitment process and its improvement and define recruitment templates.
• Prepare required HR planning and reports in timely manner and high quality.
EMPLOYER BRANDING:
• Closely connect with universities to organize recruitment activities (job fairs, technical seminars, Bosch tours, thesis defense and Graduation Day…) and internship/fresher hiring programs.
• Tracking & evaluate quality and quantity of selected students coming from target universities.
• Actively PR POPS’s image on social medias (facebook, website, recruitment portals, forums…).
• Plan and implement activities to improve recruitment brand for POPS Worldwide to attract more potential candidates.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• University graduated, minimum 2-year experiences in Recruitment tech position
• Have experience working in foreign company and good recruitment network in IT, media preferable.
• Very good English communication and excellent Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Be high responsibility, ability to meet deadline, ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong can-do attitude, result-oriented with highly self-motivated and influence on others.
• Reliable, tactful, diplomatic, planning, organizing and respect the importance of confidentiality.
• Ability to work well in team as well as individually.
• Passionate in new technology/trends and media.
• Experience in working with universities will be an advantage.
