Mô tả công việc
• Identifying, approaching and attracting talents;
• Creating a candidate pool through different recruiting activities, via job portals, universities, media channels, etc,…
• Shortlisting the suitable, qualified candidates for interviews and follow up the offers;
• Managing and recording all staffs and candidates database;
• Having a close and observation of candidates from the date they join until the end of probation.
• Building up a wide HR network
• Collaborating in the development of strategy and best practices aiming at efficient hiring for senior, managerial positions as well as positions requiring specific competencies;
• Actively proposing and implementing ideas or actions to improve the process, and to meet targets both in terms of number and quality;
• Performing ad-hoc tasks as assigned by leaders.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Good insights of talent acquisition and practices backed up by an overall understanding of HR-related functions;
• Over 5-year working experience in IT recruiting;
• Have wide recruitment network/ data
• Good knowledge of the IT industry, and labor market;
• Expertise in and smart command of various recruitment channels, social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) for recruitment and talent acquisition targets;
• Strong recruiting skills (composing job description, sourcing and selecting candidates, hunting talents, convincing passive candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers...);
• Excellent English;
• Sense of responsibility, result-orientation;
• A can-do attitude and team spirit;
• Willing to take more responsibilities.
• Cheerful person
• Age limit: From 29 to 35
• Over 5-year working experience in IT recruiting;
