Mô tả công việc
1. Provides technical support for internal end users, on their computing hardware and software on operational basis. And ensure the smooth operation of technology.
2. Engage with local team and regional team to support functional teams and vendors to ensure end-to-end user computing and service requirements.
3. Provide technical guidance to internal users regarding use of computers and networks to satisfy business needs.
4. Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft O365, iOS, Android, printed and any other authorized applications.
5. Active participation in the implementation of technology infrastructure, as well as day-to-day operational responsibilities, such as perform technology refresh or Win OS deployments / upgrades.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role in supporting 100 ~ 200 users. Experience in large multinational company is plus.
2. Able to operate effectively in a team environment, To provide a structured, informative and enjoyable support experience with timely and clear communication.
3. Familiar with basic network troubleshooting.
4. Certified in ITILv3 would be an advantage.
5. Experience with image deployment using Microsoft SCCM, administering Active Directory and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
