Senior IT Executive - Software Application Analysis and Support

• Support end users that may have questions, concerns or problems with the applications
• Train users on applications, new features, and changes
• Provide assistance with quality assurance planning and testing
• Organizing, reviewing, updating or creating technical support and end user documentation
• Analyzing users requirements for validity and feasibility
• Active participation in functional and technical design improvement discussions
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
• Miscellaneous tasks and assignments necessary for system support and maintenance

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields
• Basic knowledge & skills on IT: Software structure, data structure, technologies / applications / IT platforms.
• 2 or more years of experience in application Support and Testing
• Aptitude for, and interest in, attaining an extensive knowledge of applications, business processes, and end user needs
• Having knowledge on Software and Testing process (Unit test, Integration test, Functional test, System test, Acceptance test,…)
• Knowledge of insurance is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams
• Honest, careful, high attention to detail and well organized
