Senior IT Executive

Reporting to: Deputy General Manager
1- Overall purpose
- Responsible in making sure the company’s applications, websites’ information, computer infrastructure and related equipment are in good working order at all times
- Enhance Information Security Management to avoid all risks related to our business
- Support related departments on data collection and analysis running if any

2- Key responsibilities and duties
- Server and network infrastructure maintenance and improvement, data back up and store in the bank.
- Pro-actively monitor, pre-empt, diagnose, troubleshoot and rectify network related problems to ensure high availability.
- Enhance the Information Security management, avoid all risks related to our business.
- Setting IT policy for the company, design maintenance procedures and put them into operation. Update and train all employees to comply with the parent company’s policy
- Set up new PC and new account, and consult users to ascertain needs and to ensure that facilities meet user or project requirements
- Supporting employees to solve all problems related to PC including software, hardware issue including printers and other office equipment.
- Select and purchase appropriate hardware and software, ensuring software licensing laws are followed
- Manage all applications of the company such as office 365, Spiral, BW, SAP..
- Plan, report and manage IT budget
- Keep up to date with new technology
- Set up and maintain the needed equipment (projectors, phone lines…) served to the end users.
- Control website: updating, editing information on the website
- Support marketing activities with digital end user communication, and data collection and analysis if any
- Other tasks/ projects are assigned by managers

3- Required working experience
• At least 5 years in IT support
4- Required qualifications
• BA degree in Computer, IT
5- Required languages
• English proficiency
6- Required knowledge and skills
• Proactive in problem solving with good time management
• Basic knowledge about Windows Server OS, infrastructure and web management
• Security knowledge (e.g., Endpoint Security management)
• WAN, LAN, Network construction, design and operation experience.
• Knowledge and practical experience of routers, switching hub products etc.
• Server construction, design and operation.
• PC kitting experience, PC setup, maintenance, removal of hard disk
• Beginner in system administrator skills and knowledge.
• Experience in system design / work experience development or maintenance / operation experience.
• Experience in using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
