Senior IT Execuitve – Infrastructure

• Install, configure and maintain overall policies
• Manage daily operations of IT infrastructure including server, network.
• Check performance/operation status of servers, network devices, security system.
• Setting policies for accessing to database (file server) base on request by competent management.
• Create / remove Account (account domain, email) for new staff/ leavers.
• Purchase and manage IT Assets (system hardware, software)
• Manage software license and update.
• Provide daily support to end users on a variety of issues (internet, email, applications, printing....)
• Identify, research and resolve IT technical problems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Set-up, configure laptop/PCs for new staff (installation of relevant software, printers....)
• Support to technically manage office equipment (printer, projector, copy machines, telephone operator...).
• Liaise with vendors about the Internet, WAN connection, other things.
• Other tasks assigned by competent management levels

- Bachelor degree in technical discipline such as Computer Science, Telecom, Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of working experience in IT admin, network support…
- Good knowledge about LAN, WAN, Wifi, LAN structured cabling…
- Server and network equipment monitoring skills.
- Good English (both oral and written).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients.
- Team player, well organized, client focused and results oriented approach.
