Mô tả công việc
• Ensure availability and quality of IT systems, services and infrastructure in the company
• Manage incidents & requests from customers, ensure highest customer's satisfaction
• Coordinate with international team to implement network/system changes, product upgrade
• Provide training to end-user for IT systems & products, at least on monthly basis
• Provide consultancy to management on IT solutions, follow Bosch standards & regulations
• Manage IT fixed-asset leasing service
• Provide IT reports as required
• Assist IT Management Team on budget planning and cost monitoring
• Cross support and back up for other entities as required
• Other IT Tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Strong technical understanding of IT Infrastructure and Services: Network, Server, Database, Storage, Desktop is mandatory
• Excellent Customer orientation and Strong team player
• High sense of responsibility, meticulous, disciplinary and proactive
• Highly motivated, target oriented and able to work independently
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good time management skill and able to work under high pressure
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese and good presentation skills
• Proven IT Project coordination experience
• Working flexibility and ability to travel up-country and abroad when required
• Experience in intercultural communication and cooperation
• Experience in mixed OS environment (Ubuntu, Windows, and Mac), MS Office 2013 (and later) version
• Experience working with core/distribution switches, access points, Lync, IP phones, video conference
• At least 7 years' experience in global company preferred
• Basic knowledge in Cloud, IoT, I4.0 preferred
