[OBJECTIVES]
Assist System Business Analysis Team Leader to collect & handle user requirements/needs; create solution documents, scenarios, test plans; support users for applications; manage change requests related to Credit Cards (Vision Plus) and associated systems.
[KEY RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Conduct analysis of business and user needs in order to develop requirements documentation for the implementation or revision of systems and applications projects for specified business units
- Convert the requirements/needs into technical models/terms that can be used by SW Development/Systems Administration team to implement on systems/applications
- Working closely with development/systems administration team and third-parties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of the solutions to requirements
- Maintain the updates of the documents developed during the requirement collection, analysis, system / application design
- Make reports about user requirements, list of documentation, process of change requests
- Testing: Work in conjunction with the business users and development team/systems administration team that validates initial business requirements
- Training: Use obtained knowledge during the requirement analysis and systems/applications implementation to design, plan and deliver user training
- Support: Deliver Level 2 support for systems/applications to user

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in IT or technical areas.
- 5+ years of experience in the Card Industry.
- Good understanding of the key players in the card business, their roles and functions in the industry with working knowledge on the card issuing and acquiring side of the business.
- Understanding of end to end card issuance processing
- Understanding of all pertinent laws, regulations, policies/ procedures and applicable lead practices pertaining to the Credit Cards.
- Knowledge of ISO 8583 standard, back end accounting systems and GL accounting would be a plus.
- Thorough understanding of EMV and PCI DSS Standards
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, strong logical thinking and critical thinking.
- Strong English communication
- 5+ years of experience in the Card Industry.
