Mô tả công việc
• Perform day-to-day operation and maintenance e.g. installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading within the organization's desktop computing environment.
• Technical support for groupware, systems, and hardware.
• Manage accounts on company usage software
• Build and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile and smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with the organization’s policy and standards.
• Implement new hardware to end-users including backup and transfer of end-user’s data and files from old PC to replacement PC
• Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance.
• Identify, log, diagnose and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
• Manage IT team
• Any other tasks as maybe assigned by HR & admin Manager / board of directors
• Working time: 5 days/week, 9 am – 5:30 pm
• Working place: 22nd Floor, Etown Central Building, 11 Doan Van Bo, Ward 12, Dist 4, HCMC

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor of IT/Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ year experience in IT management
• Have knowledge and experience in using group software (e.g. G suite, JIRA, Confluence, WebHR etc)
• Good to have in sense of some scripting languages
• Conversation level English skill
• Strong interpersonal skill, communication skill, and collaboration skill
• Strong responsibility, reliability, flexibility and service mind

Khoản đầu tư này đến từ những quỹ đầu tư lớn trên thế giới gồm Hillhouse Capital, Sequoia Capital có trụ sở tại Hoa Kỳ và GIC - quỹ tài sản có chủ quyền của Singapore. Trong đó Hillhouse Capital là nhà đầu tư nổi tiếng với việc đầu tư vào các công ty công nghệ hàng đầu của Trung Quốc bao gồm Tencent và Yahoo, Sequoia Capital là nhà đầu tư sớm vào các công ty công nghệ khổng lồ toàn cầu như Google và Apple.
