Mô tả công việc

 Generating leads and setting up meetings through phone prospecting, networking and research;
 Performing property evaluation and inspections, and compiling due diligence;
 Conducting due diligence on companies and industries by researching, reading financial statements and market data;
 Financial modelling and projection;
 Preparing investment teasers and investment memorandums;
 Assisting all parties and following up entire investment process: arranging meetings and finalising deals;
 Collating detailed, up-to-date information about market conditions and trends;

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- 3 - 4 year experience in related consultancy field or in real estate investment in large organizations.
- Proficient English (both speaking and writing).
- Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Economics/Finance/Banking/Commerce. Ideally with real estate or finance focus.
- Strong networking & excellent communication.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Literacy, for writing reports and presentations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills.
