Mô tả công việc
• Support the Investment team to evaluate potential deals in residential – commercial – hospitality - industrial development projects.
• Create advanced financial models that generate projected investment cash flows, investment returns, and project performance, which are used for formulating investment recommendations.
• Perform feasibility studies on potential deals including market study, development strategies, deal structuring, and due diligence on the potential projects.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to stay up to date with market trends, pricing and the competition (acquisitions, dispositions, and developments).
• Prepare presentation materials for the CEO, Head of Investment, and Group Investment Committee.
• Assist with asset management and finance team in building business development plan, and exit strategy planning and execution.
• Perform other relevant duties as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate sector, Investment Banking, Auditing or Management Consulting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint with a mastery in excel and ability to create in-depth financial analysis via models.
• Strong analytical skills and proficient in Financial & Accounting Numbers (i.e. Cash-Flow Statements, P&L and BS).
• Good communicator in both English and Vietnamese.
• Knowledge of Vietnam's real estate market and real estate related spaces (especially in HCMC and Hanoi market).
• Basic understanding of Corporate, Contracts and Real Estate Laws is a plus.
• Bonus for Candidates with CFA – CPA - ACCA Certifications.
Required soft skills
• Strong desire to develop real estate investment acumen.
• Team player, confident sharing ideas and suggestions.
• Multi-task skill with good time management to meet multiple deadlines.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in managing, updating and analysing large quantities of data.
