Position: Investment Analyst
Job Description:
The Investment / Financial Analyst has a very critical role. He/she works closely with the Chief Growth Officer on issues related to:
• M&A
• JV structuring
• New business ventures
• New market entry
• Corporate Strategy
You will get the chance to work with world’s leading investors and companies. Your job will be to assist the Chief Growth Office in financial modelling, investment analysis, deal structuring. In short, your job will have the best of everything as:
• Buy side AND Sell side analysts
• Internal Financial Analyst
An ideal candidate will have similar experience from investment funds. CFA is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Researching companies, particularly in terms of their financial functioning
• Analyzing company accounts, profit and loss sheets and cash flow information
• Lead DD efforts, setting up data room, etc
• Create complex financial modelling for new business formation, corporate strategy planning, etc
• Interpreting complicated financial information
• Writing financial research summaries
• Regularly meeting with company managers, stock market traders, fund managers and stockbrokers
• Making informed recommendations
• Collating detailed, up-to-date information about the VN economy and financial markets

• Bachelor degree MBA preferred or advanced degrees in Engineering, Science and/or Business Administration
• Strong academics from top-tier institutions
• Strong analytical skills and research skills
• Guru level in excel, macro, etc
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong Problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
