About the position:
We are currently seeking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Internal Event Coordinator (belong to Admin department) who will manage and organize events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be willing to provide memorable events to our employees. The candidate should be passionate about hospitality, bringing the happiness to the others and loving to create a lot of fun at work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be primarily responsible for planning and managing internal events assigned by Supervisor, such as: Company trips, Year End events, Sports festivals, internal meet-up…
- Oversee implementation of all event operations including, but not limited to, room set up, registration, communication, decorations and logistic.
- Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise and negotiate with vendors to bring the best services to the organization.
- Conduct post-event interviews and reports for improvement.
- Proactive approach to handling any challenges that might arise on the event and ability to make quick decision.
- Other duties as may be requested by supervisor.

- At least 3 years working experience in Event planning & execution.
- Familiarity with all stages of planning, design and production of internal events.
- Supportive attitude and the willing to collaborate with other teams to run events.
- Key characteristics: Friendly – Integrity – Dedication - Creativity – Human Oriented.
- Exceptional multitasking skills to manage multiple projects independently and consistently.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office, customer service, and information management.
- Glad to bring happiness to the others.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral in English and Vietnamese, with ability to work well with all levels across the organization.
- Mobility and Flexibility: working with flexible time and space.
- Experience in large/multinational working environment or IT industry is preferred.
