Department: Finance Department
Direct superior: Internal Control Manager
JOB PURPOSE
This position is responsible for performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
JOB INTERACTION - RELATIONSHIP
Internal relationship: Work directly with related department
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Main Duties
1. Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
2. Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
3. Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
4. Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
5. Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
6. Check work disciplines - daily sales report of sales teams, inventory of distributors, status of selling points, market area and its visibility by checking random shops within the area
7. Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
8. Assist the case investigation related to fraud, breach cases and other Code of Business Principles
II. Staff management - supervision
III. Periodically Report: Weekly/Monthly Report - Unscheduled at the request of superiors
IV. Other tasks assigned by Superiors

QUALIFICATIONS – COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
• Qualifications: Specializing in Finance – Accounting and / or Sales field
• Foreign Language: Frequent in English
• Level of computer: Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge / Profession related: Being excellent at numerical data.
• Skills required: Communication, investigation and presentation skills
• Working requirements: Ready to travel to local cities and provinces for business
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• No of year-experience: Min 2- 3-year working experience at same position
• Personality: Honest, hard-working
• Qualifications: Specializing in Finance – Accounting and / or Sales field
• Foreign Language: Frequent in English
