Mô tả công việc
- In charge of internal publication
- Maintain and develop internal digital communications platforms
- Internal event management coordination and other internal communications activities as required (e.g. company trip, year end party, ...)
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities
- Work with suppliers for visual designs in internal and external activities (CSR)
- Consult and advise internal and external stakeholders to ensure the proper implementation of corporate design guideline in alignment with Bosch Vietnam Corporate team
- Check and proceed internal documents as per central guideline
- Observe public and social media
- Budget filling and reports; Internal order process

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree with preferred majors in Journalism, PR, Communications or Marketing
- Extrovert personality
- Experience in handling internal communication activities in manufacturing environment will be an advantage
- Good editing skills (content and visual), attentive to details, critical thinking
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, adaptive to a large organization
- Excellent command of English and Vietnamese, good in MS Office
- Knowledge of design software (e.g. Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), web content management (WCMS), internet tools and photography
- Event management/project management experience is an advantage
- Interested in working with colleagues of diverse nationalities
- Extrovert personality
