** SUMMARY:
- Monitoring customs & trucking & other services (certificate of origin, liquidation, HS code clarification) to ensure that they are well arranged and delivered properly.
- Supervision service performance & aligned KPIs; providing action plans for further improvement.
- Understanding well Vietnamese government policies regarding logistics jobs (customs laws & others).
** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management in handling daily operations and lead subcontractor’s team members at customer’s office.
- Preparing SOP & IOP, following-up with relevant parties and do continuous improvement in process & timeline per each step.
- Ensuring in compliance to internal & external audit controls; process efficiency and delivering operational KPIs.
- Proper co-ordination with Customs Officer Government, Customer, Customer Service team (SCM) for trucking plan and/to arrange customs services on scheduled, for timely collection and dispatch of shipments.
- Able to take ownership of the issues and perform problem resolution to the Customer’s satisfaction.
- Resolve issue effectively with Customs Officer directly in case of exceptions.
- Enhance productivity & performance with initiatives in operation process.
- Guiding customs clearance & trucking regulations to internal teams and external customers.
- Able to work independently with the limit supervision from higher level.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by Team leader & Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• More than 5 years related working experience in Import - Export Operation, Freight management and customs clearance.
• Wide Knowledge & Deep Experience in customs formalities operations & transportation handling: customs liquidation, HS code classification, price’s evaluation, tax refund, post-customs clearance, certificate of origin.
• Advantage: Customs Brokerage license & Experience working in electronic equipment industry.
• Having a good relationship with Customs officers at Saigon Hi-tech Park, District 9, HCMC.
• Minimum Bachelor of Degree in Business administration is preferably.
• Can-do and willing-to-do attitude.
• Details oriented.
• Discipline and Integrity.
