Senior Interior Designer, Design & Development

Duties may include but not limited to:
 Responsible for developing conceptual designs, prepare design presentations, design development, and production.
 Work with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria.
 Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, vendors and project team members for the assigned project to ensure project effectiveness and competition
 Work with coordinators, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project goals.
 Create graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings.
 Strong organizational and communication skills.
 Create and present interior design concepts in response to client needs.
 Create estimates, schedules, and staffing plans to complete projects.
 Use software to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects.
 Handle design drawings, design documentation and presentation work including concept design and development, construction drawing, materials sourcing, sample board and selection
 Provide design input for user groups on fitting out works
 Complete routine and special tasks as assigned by superiors

Requirements:
 Diploma or above in Architecture / Interior Design or related discipline
 Minimum 5 years or above solid working experience in Hospitality field is a MUST
 Traveling and site coordination required
 Familiar with architecture/ interior design, E&M facilities, building renovation & fitting-out works in commercial and hotel properties
 Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D-Max, InDesign, Illustrator & other design based skills
 Good conceptual design, detailed working drawing and presentation skills
 Willing to work overtimes, under pressure and meet tight schedule
 Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
 Good communication in both spoken & written English
 Able to work independently with good communication, organization and problem solving skills
 Customer focused and team orientated
 Responsible, self-motivated and creative
 Hardworking and able to handle multiple tasks
