Senior Interior Architect with Hospitality Experience

• Hands-on Design.
• Help resolve complex technical/design issues especially for Hospitality Project.
• Coordinate among project stakeholders.
• Make and track project schedules.
• Control design direction and presentation strategy for projects.
• Coach new team members.
• Cooperate with Project Manager and account manager during design process.
• Understand client requirements and brief the team accordingly.
• Communicate effectively design concept and strategies for client presentations and daily client interaction.
• Responsible for the management and operation of the project, establish and implement project management, quality control system;
• Assist CEO to set up related policy and system.
• Follow up the project and control the progress of the project. Solve the problems in a timely manner and eliminate the barriers in the project.
• Predict the risk of the project budget and cost to ensure the project budget and cost are under control.
• Deal with the confirmation during the different project stages, assist commercial department for the collection work and support to related business matters.
• Conduct the performance management and appraisal for the project team.
• Cooperate with HR Department to complete the recruiting and team construction
• Coordinates with design department and business department to set up the design proposal.
• Finish other work as management team‘s requirement.

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience working with interior design for hospitality projects
• Understanding of concept, construction and material, specifications
• Strong Experience in technical and construction drawings
• Teamwork responsible and good focus in details
• Excellent knowledge of hotels, resorts projects
• Understand individual enterprise client needs through requirements-gathering sessions covering interior design, look and feel, and FF&E; translate these into interior design solutions.
• Effectively document and convey these custom requirements and design solutions to the broader design team, to ensure proper execution.
• Ability to express design ideas quickly, clearly and succinctly
• Strong aesthetic sensibilities and sensitivity in human scale
• Technical problem solving capabilities, with ability to work out innovative architectural solutions
• Pro-activeness and self-motivation, with a continuous desire to both learn from, and mentor others
• Time management skills that allow to develop innovative designs within the constraints of tight project schedules
• Knowledge of regulations and building code in Vietnam would be a plus but is not mandatory
• Analytical and open to finding and pursuing new solutions to complex problems
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budget your time
• A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
• Great interpersonal communication skills
• Construction documents and construction administration

Experience and Qualifications:
• Professional degree in Architecture
• 5-7+ years of experience as a Interior Architect, FF&E on built projects primarily in development and detailed design phase in Vietnam or Asia
• Perfect proficiency in Revit and Autocad
• Good proficiency in MS Office software, knowledge of graphic softwares would be a plus.

Languages
• Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
