Mô tả công việc
Work Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai
1. Improve Internal Defect cost
- Data collection/report for total failure rate, internal failure rate, risk rate, internal defect cost of line.
- PDCA project to improve internal defect cost, total defect cost
- Lead quality problem solving activities by using Problem Solving Sheet and 8D method
2. Improve line output
- Data collection, data analysis and make report about top losses of line
- Improve line performance via leading team to solve quality/ technical problem, and reduce cycle time/ change over time
- Support team to run Shop-floor Management Cycle (SMC) via define the bottleneck of line and collect data
- Run System-CIP project to improve line performance
- Update line performance through value stream mapping (VSM), bubble diagram, KPI tree
- Be contact person for quality issues
3. Coordinator for LPC (Layer process confirmation), 14Q, 4M change management, Cpk, Quality Assurance Management, SAP system
4. Involvement in release of new line, product, initial sample run (ISR), quality gate review (QGR)
5. Release block part ( concessions/ risk analysis for quality incidents)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor of Engineering (preferred Industrial Engineering/ Industrial & System Engineering/ Industrial Management)
- Strong data analysis and data management
- 3-5 years as an engineer in an industrial manufacturing plant
- Good problem analysis and problem solving skill
- LEAN manufacturing mindset
- Good project management/ presentation and communication skills
- Ability to moderate workshop and lead teamwork activities
- Good communication in English
- Results / Cost Orientation
- Strong data analysis and data management
- 3-5 years as an engineer in an industrial manufacturing plant
- Good problem analysis and problem solving skill
- LEAN manufacturing mindset
- Good project management/ presentation and communication skills
