Senior Income Auditor

- Review rebate, paid out transactions, complimentary rooms list to ensure all proper attach form with fully signatures for approval.
- Verify that the PMS daily city ledger, guest ledger and advance deposit ledger balances reconcile to the sum of previous month closing balance and the PMS system net changes for the current month to date.
- Review daily Micros voided dockets report and report any unexplained items to the Financial Controller. Provide a copy of Micros voided dockets report to Director of F&B.
- Review banquet event postings and ensure revenues processed balance to individual Banquet Event Orders (“BEO”) and that all BEO’s have been posted by reference to the Banquet Daily Event List.
- Balance daily credit card slips, cash deposited per GC report against postings in PMS system
- Reconcile revenues recorded in PMS system to other reports from relevant system such as PABX, Micros
- Prepare daily revenue journal, ensuring that revenues have been classified to the correct general ledger code.
- Circulate completed report to department heads on a timely basis.
- Assist the Assistant Financial Controller in the monthly general ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure all items are configured to interface to correct account code in Sun system
- Complete month end closing procedures for Revenue Journal accounting module and import month end revenue journal into the general ledger.
- File daily paperwork in an orderly and structured manner.

Key requirements:
• BS/BA or equivalent work experience. Additionally, 3-5 years experience in like position.
• Previous experience in IR Global Field Services or Marriott Systems Support desirable.
• System-related professional certifications desired.

Requirement:
- Resume and an application letter in English. A Resume in Vietnamese certified by local authority within the last 6 months.
- Health certificate within the last 6 months.
- A photocopy of ID card
