Senior Import - Export Staff (Urgent)

1. BROAD SCOPE:
- Coordinating and arranging export shipments according to committed customer and job requirements.
- Supporting the colleagues in solve all issued jobs from operation

2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Receiving Production Plan from SEV, SDV and send to 3PLs to make exported plan.
• In charge of handling cargo via FWDR..
• Checking space of airlines base on 3PLs Export Planning for arranging SEV, SDV cargo daily.
• Receiving SEV, SDV D/O list from Production Planning team and send to 3PLs.
• Responsible for checking SR combine request from forwarder and sending to SEV.
• Make sure to combine maximize D/O for SR combine.
• Sending Customs Clearance request to ALSB.
• Requesting Inland Trucking from SEV to ALSB and ALSB to Noi Bai Airport.
• Following D/O list status to make sure all D/O will be ship out on time
• Contact 3PLs and related partner to handling SEV’s, SDV's cargo without mistake.
• Responsible for receiving B/L from 3PLs. Check B/L details and send to SEV, SDV side.
• Daily generating AR/AP for settlement.
• Co-operative with colleagues to handle SEV, SDV cargo as well.
• Following requirement of Duties from Manager for finishing daily jobs.

1. EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
- University graduated/ main major: Logistics/ commercial/ trade/ accountant

2. EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years’ experience in Logistics filed
- Knowledgeable about customs, import, export and shipping (preferably with regards to aviation)

3. SKILLS:
- Data analysis, team working, system familiar, problem solving, reporting
