Due to the business demand, we are seeking talents for Senior Import Executive position who will work in Ho Chi Minh Head Office. Please see below job descriptions:
- Receiving pre-alert & creating file
- Settling problems with sales / agent
* Incorrect details on docs: checking with agent for correct details, preparing docs for the amendment
* Unclear rate: checking with sales / agent before issuing Debit Note / Credit Note.
* Getting claim from client: sending claim letter to whom it may concern (carrier / airlines) & following till the end
* Getting claim from sale / agent: checking the case carefully & feedback till the claim ends.
- Issuing invoice to clients / agents
- For DDU/DDP shipment:
* Quoting to client / network.
* Following the delivery with port staff till the end.
- For re-export shipment:
* Getting Refusal Letter from client.
* Passing file to Export Dept (air or sea) for following up & supports them if needed.
- Fulfilling docs with all requested papers (check list, calculation sheet, tracing report, etc.) before passing file to BU for file closing.
- Completing other tasks provided by Import Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Graduation
- At least 3 years of working experience in International Company, Freight Forwarding/ Logistics is a plus.
- Proficient in MS office applications, mail exchange
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Quick minded, carefulness, confidence, certainty
- Good command of English language
- Able to work independently or in group under high pressure
